So we have not posted for quite some time! However we have been quite busy.

This program was amazing! We even got a call yesterday from an elderly woman who was not at the dinner who heard how great the food and presentation was! She wanted us to send her all the recipes. We will!

A Shabbat Dinner for Jewish Seniors throughout the valley and their families! It is going to take place at the Chabad Jewish Center on Lincoln Drive.

If you know of any Jewish Seniors that would be interested in attending, please let them know! It is open to ALL Jewish Seniors in the Valley!

Ingredients
1 daily dose of 30-minute excersize
1 daily heart healthy diet
1 daily dose of mental activity
3 weekly doses of social activity
1 daily dose of positive thinking
1 daily dose of 7-8 hours of sleep

This is not just for elderly people. This is important for seniors and young alike!
